We have long held that Texas Department of Licenses and Regulation (TDLR) should move all licensing requirements back to the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA).
Therefore, having one responsible agency to answer to, rather than two. We are please to announce the following:
As of March 1, 2022 Texas Department of Licenses and Regulation (TDLR) has transferred all licensing requirements back to the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA). This action allows you to fill both motor and mobile fuel with your TDA license.
