The family fun begins with amusements at Pembroke Mall, including jugglers, crafts and a magician, as well as a Mad Scientist working station. Festivities at the mall will culminate with a balloon drop at 5 p.m.


Next, the big doings move to the Town Center Fountain Plaza, with novelty entertainment starting at 6 p.m. and live music starting at 9 p.m. At midnight, a lighted beach-ball drop will signify the new year has arrived.

Admission is free. Hours are from 2:30 p.m. to 1 a.m. The location is the Town Center at 222 Central Park Avenue.
