No matter your level of fly-fishing experience, The Corpus Christi Fly Fishers group is a great resource for you. Monthly meet-ups let you get to know other anglers who share your interest. Their many clinics provide instruction to learn something new or improve your existing technique.
Beginners will find plenty of advice from experienced anglers. The monthly events let even complete novices get instruction and training to make their experience better. The group even schedules fishing trips and other activities throughout the year and hosts guest speakers from time to time.
The 1st Saturday of every month, join the group for a casting clinic. On the 3rd Saturday of every month, you can join them for a fly tying roundtable. Both events take place from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m at Roy’s Bait and Tackle Outfitters. Can’t make it out on Saturday morning? The group also hosts a fly tying roundtable and/or a movie on the 2nd Thursday of every month from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. The location varies.
